Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return guarantee: you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

1. Return conditions

To be accepted for return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to request a return

Email us at info@noravancouver.com with your order number. We'll reply with the returns address and instructions. Please don't send any items back before you receive our confirmation: we can't accept unrequested returns. Returns are sent to our international fulfilment centre. You arrange and pay for the return shipment, which must be sent tracked and insured for the full value of the items. Shipping costs depend on your carrier, the weight of the parcel and the insured value of your order. The cost of the return is deducted from your refund, and the refund is issued once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please reach out to our customer support at info@noravancouver.com as soon as possible.

4. Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, underwear and earrings cannot be returned if their hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed. All other items can be returned under the conditions above. This includes sale and discounted items, which can be returned on the same terms as everything else. Gift cards are not returnable. If in doubt, contact us before sending the item.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a new order in the size or colour you'd like.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, we process it within 5–10 business days to the payment method you used. The time until it appears in your account depends on your bank.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
